I am not picky when it comes to Abigail’s haircut so I told Ashley on the first visit to just feel free to cut her how she thinks it should be cut. Well it is so cool because Ashley does something a little different every time. And I am pleased with every cut. Today’s cut was more of a change than any cut before and I found myself just staring at every inch of her and the detail that was put into her cut is awesome. ANIMAL PALACE JUST DOWN RIGHT ROCKS!! I have had services from you in the past for Bear and have always been happy with the service. This week was Exceptional! Shannon did the grooming. Bear looks wonderful. Not only did she do a great job shaving his body, but even the way she tapered down the legs was great. Bear has never looked better. So, I just want to praise Shannon for a great job! Your groomer, Debra, for the last several months has been scheduled to visit and groom our Lab/Border Collie mix "Jack". On her last visit, and during her grooming session she noticed a small lump on Jack's left hind leg and pointed it out to me after the session. Our concerns led us to take Jack to the vet where we discovered that Jack had contract Mas Cell tumors that needed to be immediately removed. Much to Jack's chagrin he underwent surgery to remove the tumors and was recently cleared of the diagnosis. The Vet attributed the effectiveness of the procedure to the timing in which that tumor was discovered and treated. We have appreciated the professionalism and timeliness of your service in the past, but have a new level of appreciation for the thorough work that Debra provides. She truely was instrumental in Jack's timely treatment, for which we are extremely grateful! Thank you for your efforts in building a company that provides so much more than just dog grooming. One was severly matted. Your van came to our home at the appointed time and Shannon went to work. I never saw our Whoopy look so pretty and it was the best hair styling she had ever had. Her coat never shines and she came out with a very shiny coat. Amazing! Max and Chloe also looked terrific. Whenever we come back to Florida with our pets, Animal Palace will be our first call!
