Ok. I am always writing about our health needs, but what about the health needs of your pet. I have always been very skittish about dropping my dog off to be groomed. I don't like her caged for hours as she waits her turn. By the time I would pick her up, she was shell-shocked beyond belief. Then I found Animal Palace.... Read Article Dear Animal Palace, Your service and groomer, Shannon, are terrific! We brought our three dogs down from New Jersey and they were in need of a good grooming. One was severly matted. Your van came to our home at the appointed time and Shannon went to work. I never saw our Whoopy look so pretty and it was the best hair styling she had ever had. Her coat never shines and she came out with a very shiny coat. Amazing! Max and Chloe also looked terrific. Whenever we come back to Florida with our pets, Animal Palace will be our first call! Hello Animal Palace, just wanted to extend my appreciation for your service. I called yesterday for the first time and was greeted and treated like I had been calling for years. I ended the call with an appointment for today and no questions unanswered. WOW – it’s hard to find that kind of service these days. Abigail Joy is very special to me and a big part of my family the care and concern for her was just amazing. I normally take her to have her groomed and though the cost maybe a little less the service you provide is well worth the difference not to mention the convenience of not having to leave the house to drop her off and then get back out to pick her up. My work schedule is so hectic I do good to make the appointment then to get her there much less have to schedule time off to go and pick her up. So all I can say is THANK YOU! Now to top it all off Abigail looks great and just when I thought she could not be spoiled any more Ashley proved me wrong and spoiled her rotten. First of all, Joyce, I chose your company because you answered the phone right away, was warm and friendly and honest about your services and process. That won me over right away. The second win was CARLO. He groomed my 3 dogs, 2 Shi Tzu and 1 Long Haired Chihuahua. All three of my dogs are Carlo made them calm, actually hugged one of my dogs while he was drying her because she was shaking... it was such a sight to see.
