The fact that he is a cat speaks for itself, but Carlos handled him like a pro and while Sky was apprehesive he tolerated everything from the grooming, tub bath, to the blow dry effortlessly, and the fact I was allowed to be with him was a positive for me. Afterwards he was calm and went about his business like nothing had ever happened. Thank you Carlos GREAT JOB - we will see you in September. Carlo was so sweet with Echo and spent a few minutes with him just to get him comfortable. Echo was so calm going into the groom mobile that I felt totally confident leaving him with Carlo. By the way, Carlo, to me, is a dream groomer! He really listened to what I wanted and made a few suggestions due to his experience with the breed and Echo turned out gorgeous! I do not have a single complaint and only high praise for Carlo's kind professionalism, courteous manner and patient listening. This is my first experience with a groomer and I couldn't be happier.
